What to include
- Your name and the business you are with
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- A photo or screenshot of any error message
- How urgent it is: is anyone stopped from working?
Our hours
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, except Irish public holidays.
If something is urgent
Say so in the first line of your message. If people cannot work, if you think an account has been hacked, or if money may have been sent to the wrong place, tell us straight away and do not wait for a reply to an older message.
