Your domain name and website email

Your domain name is your address online, for example yourbusiness.ie. It is used by your website and your email. Who owns it You do. The domain is registered in your business name. We manage it for you and keep it renewed. Renewals Domains are paid for a year or more at a time. We renew them before they expire and invoice you for the renewal. If a domain expires, your website and email can stop working, so please let us know if your business details change. Verification emails Sometimes the domain registry sends an email asking you to confirm your details. These are genuine when they mention your domain and come after we have told you a change is happening. If you are unsure, forward it to us before clicking anything.

Asking for a change to your website

Send changes by WhatsApp or email, all together if you can. Include - The page, with a link if possible - What it says now and what it should say - Any new photos as attachments, the largest size you have - When it needs to be live Small changes Text, prices, opening hours and photos are usually done the same day. Bigger changes New pages, new sections or a new look are quoted first so you know the cost before we start.
