Check the basics
- Is the printer switched on, with paper and no warning lights?
- Is the right printer selected? In the print window, check the printer name before clicking Print.
- Turn the printer off, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
- Restart your computer.
Wireless printers
If the printer has lost its wifi connection, its screen usually shows it. Restarting the printer normally reconnects it.
