Remote support lets us see your screen and fix things without a visit.
How it works
- Computers we look after have our remote support tool already installed. It shows as HostmeAgent.
- When we connect, a message appears on your screen asking you to allow it. Nothing happens until you agree.
- You can watch everything we do, and you can end the session at any time.
If you have not got the tool yet
We will send you a download link from remote.hostme.ie. Run it and let us know when it has finished.
Stay safe
We will only ever connect after you have asked for help or we have arranged it with you. If anyone else calls claiming to be from IT support and asks to connect to your computer, hang up and contact us.
